Grow His Practice

Starting in October, 2017, Dr Tim and his practice, Gentle Procedures Dallas, came on board with us with the primary goal to grow his practice. He needed more men to know about his services and set more appointments for vasectomy and adult circumcision procedures.

Get More Leads

To accomplish this goal, he needed more leads to come through, both emails and phone calls. These leads needed to have an understanding of the services they were requesting and to be ready to make an appointment.

In order to grow his business, Dr Tim needed us to help him reach his revenue goals.

Because of the nature of the topic and laws in place that govern the use of personal information, we had to adapt various strategies to stay in compliance and avoid fines.

Sensitive Topics

Typical marketing strategies simply wouldn’t work for services of this nature due to editorial and social constraints. Our challenge was to find alternative messaging and angles to promote Dr. Tim’s services.

Strategies

Search Engine Optimization

It is difficult to build a linking strategy for a website with subject matter that, typically, makes website publishers a bit squeamish.

To ensure Dr Tim’s website shows up at the top of the search engines, we had to eschew typical SEO strategies of just acquiring more links and focus on site structure and content.

Google Ads

We worked closely with Google to remove restrictions and limitations for promoting birth control services. Then we created multiple campaigns to target the ideal audience for various services.

Because of the sensitive nature of the services, Google does not allow us to build remarketing audiences, so all of our efforts have to focus on converting a visitor to an appointment in as few touches as possible.

Conversion Tracking

The most important part of the process was to build systems that are able to track where every penny of the marketing budget is spent. This allows us full control and knowledge of which ads are generating the most appointments so we can make scaling decisions based on data, not guesses.
